Wedding, Ann Arbor - Sarah & Steven

Sometimes Weddings are a small affair. My job was only for two hours. But in that short time that I spent with the Bride & Groom I could see how in love they were with each other. The ceremony & reception was at the Gandy Dancer in Ann Arbor. I wish I had more time with them. They looked stunning. It would have been great fun strutting them around downtown. Here is to you Sarah & Steven, may you continue to strut into each others hearts, for many years to follow!!

Jenna & Mike

Its such a special moment when you actually know the couple to be married.Actually, I know Jenna's Mom & Dad. And it was such a joy to see their happiness, as their only daughter was set to marry a man that they loved as much as she did. This wedding had such high regard & love for the bride & the groom that thier were only a few seats left unattended. Almost everyone showed up to celebrate with the bride & groom their wedded bliss. As do I, much love & happiness to you Jenna & Mike!!!

Childrens photography - plymouth

I have been so busy this year with weddings & everybody else's children that I haven't really had much of a chance to photograph my own child. Except for grabbing the ol point & shoot, my poor kid hasn't had a proper photo session. He is now 10 months old & growing up so quickly.
So with my mom's help I was able to take a couple of photos before the sun went down. So all the rest of you Mommies out there.... Don't do what I am doing & set your apt soon. Before your babies are all grown up!

Sarah & Ryan

Sarah & Ryan's wedding had this photographer on her toes. First you had to take a ferry to get to Harsens Island followed by a second boat to get to the Grooms parents cottage. And let me tell you about the weather! First we started off with extremely grey weather with a bit of rain, too bad that didn't even cool things off. It was so humid we were all sweating. Except for the Bride, of course, who looked beautiful & cool as a cucumber! The wedding had to be in the tent instead of the dock. But by the time pictures were to be taken the rain had stopped. Of course then the sun finally showed up by the end of the portraits. The crazy weather conditions couldn't stop the fun at this wedding. It truly had a great vibe to it. Everybody was enjoying themselves. If this is the start of your married life, then you guys will have a very fun happily ever after!!
