Happy Birthday x4

The month of December is crazy. I have learned my lesson from last year & required all of my clients to get their Christmas photos done in November. I still have had a few straglers in December, including my own sister!!! So besides clients and Christmas there are Birthdays, 4 of them. My Nephew, my Dad, Me, & my Mom. So Happy Birthday to us. Good thing I love cake!!

St. Anastasia's Christmas Ball 2008

St. Anastasia holds an annual charity Christmas Ball. All proceeds go directly to St. Aloysius Outreach Center in Detroit. St. Aloysius is run by the Franciscan Friars who reach out to feed, clothe, and counsel over 2000 in need each week. The Ball was beautifully decorated. The band played, people danced & mostly people gave to people in need.

John & Michelle's Wedding

Actually this wasn't John & Michelles wedding. They were lucky enough to have their wedding in beautifully warm Mexico. I was able to capture their Michigan celebrations with their extended family. To keep the tropical feeling in the midst of Winter. Every table had their very own palm tree!! The decor was lush & colorful. Family photos

This growing family took advantage of the fact that I come to their house. With ages ranging from 2 weeks to 14 years. They were able to play in familiar surroundings until their turn was next. Because they were not bored and fustrated waiting their turn they were great little posers for me. Thank you gang for being so much fun to photograph!
