Summer fun

On Sundays I help lead our church youth group. (Yes, I can lead... I know what your thinking! Stop it!)
We have fun doing different activities & building our bond with the community, friends, and God.
This event was called Christmas in July. The Teens were asked to donate canned goods for the shelters.
For fun, we made fake snowballs(flour in nylons)a water balloon toss & the slipnslide to rinse off all the flour goo. Mind you when big kids use the slide they are usually landing past the end of it. BTW, I did NOT get dirty. SOMEONE had to take the pictures. And everybody respected the camera, so that made me happy!

Mary has received a free family photosession. I have seen Mary & her family several times over the year. She also has introduced me to some wonderful new clients.

With this free session we went to the park with her adorable family & her Dad. We had a great time on the swings & looking at turtles.

More CAKE!!!

Happy Birthday to my Niece. She turned ONE!! Yummy cake was to be had, followed by breaking a pinata. She was full of smiles & energy. And that wasn't just the sugar talking!

Fun in the sun!!

I tell everyone to think outside the box. Lets go to the beach, the park, where ever! This family said "Lets go to Stoney Beach Park" I said "Whooohoo!" The Best part of the shoot was when the sun turned into the golden hours & we were playing in the sand. I think I had more fun then they did!

ONE is a magical number

One way to celebrate Little Miss P (which stands for Princess)turning 1, is to get her portraits done with her family. She was already walking by 10 months old! So basically we were running around the yard trying to keep up with her!

Wow what a great day it is to turn ONE. Little Miss P was loving her cake, her family & of course her new presents. Can I tell you again how much she LOVED her cake. Kisses to you... but not till Mommy washes that icing off your pretty little face!

Rachel & Tim

The engagment photo shoot was a lot of fun. It gave me a chance to hang out with the couple before the big day. Our shoot was casual & cool. The weather was awesome, the couple was great & the park had a lot of neat stuff to shoot around. Rachel & Tim you guys ROCK!!See you in October!!

Marcie & Bryce

Anthony & I covered the rehearsal dinner for Marcie & Bryce. This young couple was very fun & vibrant. The groom to be was truly up for anything. Even getting thrown in the pool, which his pretty bride to be, nixed! Darn.... we had fun & their family was very kind. Even some looming ugly clouds couldn't rain on this sunny couples day. Best of luck to you Marcie & Bryce!!!!

Ralph Lauren is calling....

This family I felt like they came straight from the ads of Ralph Lauren. They truly were a very beautiful family full of fun & smiles. Ralph would have been jealous that I got to photograph such a photogenic family!.... Now if they could just get me a discount for some Designer clothes....

little boys

Little boys just crack me up. They are little flirts for the camera. This little guy was no exception. He gave me lots of smiles & a few of his cheerios too!

My favorite Sprite

I can't help to get attached to the kids I photograph. I have been lucky enough to see a few of my clients several times before they have turned one. This little one truely reminds me of a little fairy sprite. Always in a great mood & such a great little poser.
